Resumen: Se presenta el caso de un paciente hipertenso, que acude por dolor en hipocondrio derecho punzante, asociado a pérdida de peso de aproximadamente 60 libras. Ultrasonido hepatobiliar: Hepatomegalia con parénquima heterogéneo secundario a múltiples lesiones focales, altamente sugestivas de enfermedad hepática metastásica. Tomografía abdomino-pélvica contrastada: Hepatomegalia con imágenes hipodensas irregulares hacia la periferia del hígado sugestivo de metástasis. Diagnóstico Histopatológico: Hemangioendotelioma epiteliode hepático.

Abstract
We present the case of a hypertensive patient, who presents with pain in the right hypochondrium stabbing, associated with weight loss of approximately 60 pounds. Hepatobiliary ultrasound: Hepatomegaly with heterogeneous parenchyma secondary to multiple focal lesions, highly suggestive of metastatic liver disease. Contrasting abdomino-pelvic tomography: Hepatomegaly with irregular hypodense images towards the periphery of the liver suggestive of metastasis. Histopathological diagnosis: hepatic epithelial hemangio-endothelioma.
