Three recent studies address key aspects of pediatric health. The first analyzes early risk factors associated with suicidal thoughts and behaviors in preadolescents with a history of psychopathology, using intensive longitudinal follow-up to improve early detection and intervention. The second compares characteristics of patients with acute bronchiolitis transferred with non-invasive ventilation, depending on whether it was initiated by the referring hospital or the pediatric transport team. The third evaluates the relationship between outdoor play during the preschool years and the risk of obesity in school-age children, highlighting the importance of early physical activity as a preventive measure.
